Start with an enquiry describing your needs, location and the support you are looking for. We then agree next steps.
03How is scope agreed?
Services, responsibilities and frequency are agreed in writing before work starts. HR packages are a starting point for an individual proposal.
04Can we work remotely?
Delivery is agreed according to needs and location. The area search helps you prepare your enquiry.
05How are documents shared?
Through the private portal once your personal access is created. Personnel documents are handled within that space.
06What language is the consultation in?
The website has six languages. The language of personal support is confirmed at first contact.
07How much does HR support cost?
Services for companies are quoted individually based on scope and frequency. Reference prices for coaching for individuals are shown on each coaching page.
08Do you work with companies outside Zurich?
Yes. We support companies throughout Switzerland, in person or remotely, depending on location and the assignment.
