How we work with companies

Every collaboration begins with a conversation to understand your situation. We then agree the scope, responsibilities, deadlines and fees in writing. Throughout the assignment you have a dedicated contact, and we document what we do so that your team can carry on.

How we work with individuals

In career coaching, we work one to one and in confidence. We start from your real experience, without exaggerating, and give you the tools to keep going on your own after the session.

Confidentiality and data protection

Personnel and application data is handled discreetly and in line with the Federal Data Protection Act (FADP/DSG). To share documents, we use a private portal with personal access rather than email.

Several languages, one approach

Switzerland is diverse, and so are its teams. The Mija website is available in six languages so that companies and individuals can find information in their own. The language for personal support is confirmed at first contact.

Where we work

Mija is based in Zurich and supports companies and individuals throughout Switzerland: in person in the Zurich region and remotely across the rest of the country.
