Engaging our services
Services for companies are provided on the basis of an individual written proposal or engagement, which sets out the scope, responsibilities, deadlines and fees. Coaching services are confirmed in writing when you book.
Changes and cancellations
The terms for changing and cancelling coaching sessions are confirmed in writing when you book.
Governing law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Mija’s registered office, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
